I never saw the actual lighting of the tree. They danced very well and then we meandered over to Pitty Pat's and The Jeweler's Bench, got some free Merle Norman Make-Up, Stacy bought me some fancy over-priced bubble bath and I got a beautiful silver snowflake necklace (free from the J-Bench). We ate some delicious food, stood around and talked awhile and then headed back home. When we left the golf cart parade and tree lighting hadn't taken place. However you can only ask so much of a four year old and we had fun anyway! I made out pretty good :)
Isn't she precious in her dress coat? I know the lime ribbon doesn't match but she was in her dance costume. My girl is getting so big! Where does the time go?

It sounds as if you live in a fun place- I don't know of anything like that going on here. Small towns have their advantages, for sure. And what an adorable photo! She knows how to pose, doesn't she?

That is a really cute picture. She certainly is getting big. It is hard to believe how she has grown since I've known you.
The sole reason I want to have a little girl is so I can put her in a dress coat! I love them! Hers is adorable!
They do grow up fast but she still looks as cute as day one.
Sorry I haven't been around lately. I have to catch up on your posts. Coming from a guy this might sound odd, but that really is a beautiful coat. Unless it's made out of kitten fur. Then I'd have to change my mind.
