What defines me? Five years ago, I could've told you. Now? I don't even know anymore....
I've been watching national news, and I saw you're at risk. Take care, dear friend. I'm watching Ike, too. I'm afraid he might hit FL, and he looks mean, even though he had dropped intensity.
What defines me? My jewelry, too. Depending on my mood, I accessorize to fit .... one day diamonds, the next turquoise, another, shells and beads. Next my family - my kids, my grandkids, my furry kids. Also, how happy are people around me says a lot. If they are having a good time, I'm in my best place. And music is my soul. I love many kinds (and hate a few), but love having it around me all the time.
Stay dry! I'll keep you and the family in my meditations.

OMG your engagement ring looks exactly like mine - from my prior marriage! (it replaced an old one that the diamond fell out of...about 5 years ago?. I need to get it remade into something else!)

Hmm defines me? A box of red-dye number 5..lol...and green eyes that I'm told give away anything I'm thinking/feeling. And my love of all things Beachy....
I just hadda add...the palm tree necklace hubby gave me. It symbolizes our love..and our wedding where we eloped and married on the beach at sunset. I couldn't ask for a more beautiful memory....God I love that man!
My pile of jewelry looks pretty much the same each evening - though I do not yet have a wedding ring to include :)
As silly as it sounds, my teddy bear, Ralph, is something that always follows me wherever I go. A new apartment or home isn't official until Ralph is setup on the pillow (had him since birth).

My *fake* diamond stud earrings. Even my three year old nephew notices if I don't have them on (which has only been once in his 3 years of life!). They are just a part of me now, I guess! :)
