My friend who has the monogram shop did this sweatshirt for her for her birthday. I heart it!
I had a oyster po boy sandwich that was to die for! Mmmmmm on hot crunchy french bread. I don't remember what Stacy had. Madison had the kids shrimp boat and I swear there was enough food there for her Daddy to eat. We took it home and her and I both ate on it two more times. Ridiculous. I often order kids meals when we go out to eat or just an appetizer if they won't let me get a kids meal and rarely can I finish the meal. America's portion sizes are really getting out of hand.
Of course when I said "Say Cheese" she ducked her head. Eh.
That top is really cute and of course so is madison.
I like her Mardi Gras beads too.
Now WHY are children's portions big enough to feed a whole family - the serving sizes in restaurants now are just outrageous.

That shirt is too cute! I order the kids meals too if they'll let me get away with it. You know what gets my goat? When the place wants to charge you more for a kids dinner since you're a grown up.

And totally the opposite of my two nephews. They are total hams, and they really dig the digital cameras. They love studying their photos, then posing differently. Over and Over and Over.

And isn't part of being a parent having like thirty-kajillion pictures of either the tops of kids heads, the sides of their faces...or just blurry streaks where they won't sit still long enough for their parents to take their pictures??? :)

I agree about the portion sizes. Lori and I have split a meal from time to time. They must be getting larger. I remember years ago ordering several courses and finishing them all. Now, all I ever order is the main course and usually don't even finish that.

Oyster Po Boy is one of my favorites. Oh, yum! I haven't had a good on in probably 10 years. Time for a trip to Louisana.
The portions . . . AMEN. If I order a meal, I always can bring some home (I don't always do that because some things don't heat up well a second time) and I usually have 3 or meals out of it. I do the same you do; appetizers make a normal size meal. Well, at least sometimes. Even those are over the top at times.

I'm like you - I like just getting an appetizer for lunch at a lot of places...even then sometimes it's too big and you can take most of it home. (I think they increased all the portions to make you think the higher prices were okay...lol)
